PETALING JAYA (Feb 13): LBS Bina Group Bhd has begun the handing over of homes in the first two phases of LBS Alam Perdana in Puncak Alam, Selangor to homebuyers, nine months ahead of schedule.

The two phases called Simfoni Perdana and Irama Perdana feature landed homes built using Industrialised Building System (IBS) components supplied by MGB Bhd, a subsidiary of LBS.
MGB and SANY Construction Industry Development (M) Sdn Bhd jointly own and operate a permanent IBS precast concrete plant in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

“LBS is constantly looking for new measures to build homes that satisfy the needs of homebuyers, as well as to build them faster and better. Thanks to the application of IBS technology, we have successfully completed the homes nine months ahead of schedule,” said LBS group managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San in a statement today.

First launched in 2017, LBS Alam Perdana is a fully gated and guarded township situated on a 469.86-acre site in Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor. Phase one Simfoni Perdana comprises 980 units of townhouses with built-ups from 1,191 sq ft and selling price from RM408,000 onward.

Second phase Irama Perdana offers 673 double-storey terraced houses priced from RM509,900. Each unit has an average built-up area of 1,208 sq ft.

“LBS Alam Perdana township will be one of the main focuses for LBS over the next few years. So far, all units of Simfoni Perdana and Irama Perdana have been almost sold out since their debut in October 2017 and we are confident that the remaining launches will continue to receive strong responses, given its strategic location and improved connectivity,” said Lim.

LBS Alam Perdana offers a host of facilities such as lush green pathways, a children’s play park, futsal court and a community centre which houses an indoor badminton court, kindergarten and public library. Security features include anti-climb fencing, perimeter cameras and security guard patrol.

LBS Alam Perdana is 7km away from the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway. It is also easily accessible via the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway, North-South Highway and the upcoming Damansara-Shah Alam Expressway.
