KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 15): Crest Builder Holdings Bhd's subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd (CBSB) has bagged a RM155.1 million contract for the construction of a proposed plaza within a Kelana Jaya mixed commercial development at Jalan SS7/13A in Petaling Jaya.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Crest Builder Holdings said the contract was awarded to CBSB by Glomac Segar Sdn Bhd.

The contract period set out in the letter of acceptance is 24 months, starting from Nov 15, 2019 to Nov 14, 2021.

"The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2019 and onwards," Crest Builder Holdings said.

At Bursa's 12:30pm afternoon break, Crest Builder Holdings' share price settled 0.5 sen or 0.53% lower at 94.5 sen. The stock saw 7,000 shares traded.
