Based on EdgeProp.my’s data, the latest average transacted price of property was in 3Q2018, at RM867 psf or RM1.96 million.

There are 62 listings on EdgeProp.my’s site as at February 2019, with the asking price for Kiaramas Damai hovering at RM864 per sq ft or RM1.95 million.

Meanwhile, based on 36 rental listings as of February 2019, the average asking monthly rent of the units here is RM7,517 or RM3.39 psf. The indicative rental yield is 4.85%.
