According to Ping Properties probationary estate agent Eric Mok, who concluded the deal, the tenant of the factory liked it for its big land size area compared with their previous factory.
“This gives their customers more space to park their cars,” said Mok, noting that the current tenant is a dealer for Honda Malaysia.
He also added that the average rental rate of a factory located in Seksyen 32 is RM1.30-RM1.80 psf, depending on the condition of the factory.

According to the data from EdgeProp.my, the average asking monthly rent is RM2.05 psf as of April 4.
