One Crown Place

PETALING JAYA (Jan 20): AlloyMtd Group will launch the residential units of its mixed development One Crown Place in London on Feb 8.

Located in Sun Street, London, prices of the one-bedroom apartment units start from £725,000 (RM3.98 million) and will be completed by the summer of 2020.

The development comprises 246 apartment units, a boutique hotel, 140,000 sq ft of premium office space, 7,000 sq ft retail space and a historic Georgian terrace that will be fully restored as part of the development, AlloyMtd said in a statement today.

“The development offers the highest standards in both residential and retail with top British design, creating a new live-work hub right on the edge of the City of London.

“One Crown Place is set to become a vibrant destination that is not just Monday-to-Friday, nine-to-five. We will be selling to owner-occupiers to achieve this, with UK residents getting the first opportunity to buy.

“We look forward to showcasing it to the public for the first time next month,” said president and CEO of AlloyMtd, Tan Sri Dr Azmil Khalid in the statement.

One Crown Place is designed by award-winning international architectural practice Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates while the communal spaces and apartment units are designed by renowned interior firms Bowler James Brindley. The nine penthouses, however, are designed by Sophie Ashby’s studio Ashby.

Amenities of the mixed development include gymnasium, private dining room, residential lounge, cinema room, treatment room, studio and a sharing terrace.

One Crown Place is also situated near local transport links such as Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations, which are just five minutes away.

“Up to 938 bicycle space will be provided as part of the scheme. The City of London, Broadgate Circle, Old Street’s Silicon Roundabout, Spitalfields Market and Shoreditch’s creative hubs all within easy walking distance,” said AlloyMtd.
