SS14 is a neighbourhood along the Persiaran Kewajipan and NPE. Comprising commercial and residential components, the latter consists mostly of single- and double-storey terraces, semidees and shoplots.
Carmen Lee from Reapfield Properties said the purchaser was a family familiar with the area. They chose this unit because it was a single-storey semidee, a rarity nowadays.
The house also had an ample parking space that could cater up to four cars.
“They loved the location as they had also lived around the same area. SS14 is very convenient with many amenities available nearby. It is a mature and quiet neighbourhood,” Lee added.
For the previous owner, the house had been used as a storage place and they decided to cash out after they no longer needed it.
“The seller managed to sell at a decent price for a single-storey semidee while the buyer managed to find something within the location she was targeting. The negotiation took three months and eventually, I was glad to be able to get them a win-win deal,” said Lee.
As of early-May 2022, there were only two semidee units listed for sale in EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2.48 million or RM535 psf. No units were listed for rent.
