Developed by E&O Berhad, Seventy Damansara is located in the exclusive enclave of Bukit Damansara. This low-density project sited on a 2.4-acre land consists of only 12 three-storey bungalows that come with an array of exclusive facilities such as a private pool, landscaped gardens and water features.
According to Shawn Fernandez of Aegis Property who had concluded the deal, he shared that the current tenant has just gotten a new job in Kuala Lumpur and therefore were looking for a home in the city.
Unique qualities of a property were the tenant’s quest in looking for a home and Seventy Damansara ticked all the requirements.
“This property ticked a number of priority boxes for the tenant. It is within a secure compound, had a private pool, looked out to lots of trees and lush greenery and had an ample space for outdoor activities like having walks and jogs around the area,” Shawn shared.
As for the owner who is currently residing overseas, Shawn said that the owner was on the lookout for a new tenant to take over as the previous tenant had decided to vacate the property.
According to EdgeProp Research, an average transacted price of RM8.5 million or RM1,085 psf in 2020 were recorded for one unit in Seventy Damansara. There were no records of transactions in 2019.
As of December 2021, there’s a total of four units listed for sale in EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM7.83 million or RM6,417.5 psf. Currently, there are no units listed for rent in Seventy Damansara.
