The land has been approved for the development of an apartment project known as The Suite Starz @ Sungai Besi. 

A 4,047 sq m freehold land in Klang that houses a three-storey factory building, for RM14.2 million

Kerjaya said it will work closely with experienced sub-contractors to implement the latest treatment plant system which has a softer ecological footprint on the environment.

It is learnt that the site will not be redeveloped. Instead, Wistron, which currently operates a facility in Klang, may commence a new business on the site, as opposed to manufacture of hard disk drive (HDD) operated by its former owner.

The project, with a gross development value of RM311 million, will comprise four blocks featuring 1,098 small office/home office (SOHO) residential units, along with 40 units of shops, four units of department stores, and two business spaces.

The debt servicing capacity as measured by interest coverage ratio stood at 3.7 times in 1H20.
