About This Project
KL Eco City Vogue Suites 1 is a joint venture project between S P Setia Bhd and Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), KL Eco City is Malaysias first integrated green luxury development and is poised to set a benchmark for eco-sustainable living. Completed in 2017, it is also Malaysias tallest luxury residential apartment complete with lifestyle-driven features to meet todays young urbanites expectations.
Masterplanned by Jerde Partnership International, a world-renowned name in high profile global mixed-use projects, in partnership with leading local architects GDP Architects, BEP Arkitek and GRA Architects; KL Eco City will be developed to meet the stringent criteria of Malaysias Green Building Index (GBI) certification.
Vogue Suites 1 is a 60-storey tower of luxury apartment development comprises 708 units built on leasehold land. This development has two blocks which are block A contains 364 units and block B with 344 units. Each unit comes with one parking bay for residents. There are five types of units could be chosen from, Type A, Type B, Type C and Type D with built-up sizes ranging from 657 sq ft to 3,993 sq ft.
Spanning over 25 acres, KL Eco City comprises more than 7 million sq ft of prime commercial, residential and retail space.
Phase One of the project launched in April 2011, worth almost RM2 billion comprises 12 blocks of boutique offices, a block of high-rise strata office suites with 235 units and a corporate office tower on a four-storey retail podium. More than 70% were sold since then.
Facilities include swimming pools, barbeque pits, badminton courts, gymnasium, tennis court, club house, 24-hour security and mail room.
