About This Project
Overview
Denai Alam is located north of Shah Alam city centre, Selangor. The 920-acre freehold township was developed by Sime Darby Property.
Denai Alam is a mixed development that mainly comprises medium- to high-end double-storey linked houses and commercial properties.
Denai Alam is a part of a larger township plan called City of Elmina, a massive freehold master-planned township which also encompasses Bukit Subang, Elmina East, Elmina West and Elmina Business Park.
Located alongside the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), Denai Alam is conveniently linked to other parts of Klang Valley. The township is also easily accessible via Jalan Sungai Buloh.
The upcoming Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) would futher enhance the connectivity of the township.
There is no train station in its vicinity. The area is mainly served by bus routes.
Amenities and Facilities
Denai Alam’s commercial areas is completed with eateries, banks convenience stores and clinics. Residents could also enjoy outdoor times at the Denai Alam Recreation Park.
Around 20 minutes’ drive away from the township, there are Star Avenue Lifestyle Mall, Setia City Mall, Citta Mall, Sunway Giza Mall and Paradigm Mall. Thampson Hospital Kota Damansara is about 10km from the township.
