About This Project
**##Overview##** South of Puchong and Kuala Lumpur lies, the township of Bandar Saujana Putra (BSP) in Tanjung Dua Belas sub-district, Kuala Langat district. It is close to USJ, Kota Kemuning, Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya with a lot of agriculture or undeveloped land to the West and South of it while further South is KLIA. LBS Bina Group Berhad launched this 850 acres development in 2003 where in the early years the roads were inadequate and amenities and facilities were minimal. But this could be attributed to its newness because since then BSP has grown into a more self contained township with multiple amenities and recreational facilities as well as better roads. There are over 6,000 residents and increasing quickly with a multi-racial mix of races where Malays are the majority. BSP although considered quite secluded is still near to P.J. and KL, and is set amongst an excellent network of roads and highways. Although already having some commercial centres, residents here still go to Jenjarom or Puchong or Cyberjaya and Putrajaya to do their shopping. The development comprises mainly of 1 and 2 storey terraced homes, cluster link houses, 1 and 2 storey semi-detached homes, single storey bungalows, condominiums, and 1 and 2 storey shop lots. The SKVE Highway that runs across this township from East to West is wide and beautiful with plenty of greenery and open spaces on both sides of this expressway. The roads servicing the housing sections are neat and tidy with trees and green grass lining them complete with curbed nature strips. **##Amenities & Facilities##** Some of the restaurants in BSP include Santai Saujana Caf, BSP Oasis (Chinese Restaurant), Restoran AL Haji Bistro, KFC, Kambing Bakar Station, Burger King, Restoran Tanjung Mai and Thaqwa Corner, besides others. There are pet services like Russell Cat Studio and Pets Hotel and Klinik Haiwan Cat Feliz besides KK Supermart, Kuwait Finance House and a host of other products and services retail shops. Meanwhile Tesco is in the process of establishing a hypermarket within this township sometime in 2017. School are lacking here although there is SK (A) Bukit Kemandol which is within this township as well as other schools in Puchong, USJ, and Taman Putra Perdana. There is no major hospital here although there is the Nadi Imam Medical Centre, a small mini-hospital, while residents of BSP seeking more complete or advanced medical services can go to Serdang Hospital and Putrajaya Hospital which are further away., **##Accessibility & Transportation##** The SKVE and ELITE Highways link this township to other highways and roads which in turn link to the rest of Klang Valley and also to KLIA. The roads within this township like Persiaran Saujana Putra and Jalan Saujana Putra keep the various sections of BSP connected. There is a Nadi Putra Bus BET15 bus service from Putrajaya Sentral via Cyberjaya and a feeder bus (T760) from Putra Heights LRT Station that provides a transportation network to KL city centre, Subang Jaya, Puchong Bukit Jalil and other areas for residents here. **##Future Developments##** BSP Villlage@One BSP is a 56 acre development, currently being developed, that will transform BSP further as it comprises a multi-storey shopping mall, many food outlets, supermarket, dedicated entertainment zones, street bazaars, cinema, 2 & 3 storey shop-office lots, and etc. BSP Skypark shops mixed development, is also being developed in BSP that will make this township even more bustling and livelier. While at the same time BSP21 will transform the skyline of BSP further with its high-rise serviced apartments numbering 2,602 units that have multiple facilities costing in the range of RM1.4 Billion.
