About This Project

**##Overview##**

Bandar Puteri Klang (BPK) is a quiet and peaceful residential township developed by Malayapines Estates Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary under IOI Properties). It is a multiracial and middle-class neighbourhood that is only 20 minutes from Klang town centre.

The townships surrounding it include Taman Sentosa, Taman Klang Jaya and Bandar Botanik. BPK comprises mainly double storey homes, a section of newer triple storey houses, and one or two storey shop lots.

There are several gated and guarded sections here while the crime rate is no higher than other neighbouring townships. While the amenities and facilities here might be lesser than some other townships in Klang, BPK enjoys quiet and serene environment.

Lebuh Pending Satu is the main road that runs from North to South through this area. To the south, the road links to an intersection of the KESAS Highway, which enables residents at BPK to easily travel to other parts of Klang Valley such as Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.

However, accessibility of the township is set back by the absence of any public transportation such as buses and rail services.

**##Amenities & Facilities##**

At Bandar Putri park, there is a lake with a jogging path surrounding it. There are also playing fields with badminton and basketball courts at the housing areas.

The commercial centres are complete with petrol stations, restaurants, a hawker centre, banks, convenience stores, shops, car service centres, dobis, clinics and mini markets.

Further away there all malls including GM Klang Wholesale City, Aeon Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre, and Tesco Extra BBT Klang, all within 15 minutes drive from BPK. Meanwhile, Econsave is about 6.5km away.

BPK is also served by the Sentosa Specialist Hospital Klang which takes an 11 minutes’ drive from the residential enclave, while Klang General Hospital is just 15 minutes away by car.

Schools nearby include SJK (T) Ladang Batu Ampat, SK Kampung Idaman, SK Bukit Naga, SJK (C) Hin Hua and SMJK Chung Hwa, all too take about 15 minuted drive from BPK.
