“CMCO takes a bit longer of time [in controlling the spike of Covid-19 cases] compared to MCO, because there is still movement and that is an issue, so we hope we can reduce the movement of people,” said Dr Noor Hisham.
The Klang Valley, comprising Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, contributed 544 of the new cases.
It argues that the proposed development will encroach on its lot.

As the tally of recoveries climbed further to 32,069, active cases in the country dropped to 11,419 from 11,497 reported yesterday.
The number of active cases is 11,497, with patients isolated and given treatment.
Some 725 Covid-19 patients who have recovered were discharged today, raising the total recoveries to 30,304.
A total of eight deaths were recorded today while six new clusters have also emerged.
