Pangolin Investment Management, which holds a 1.24% stake in Selangor Properties, thinks the offer price is too low.

There will be three categories of the homes under the scheme -- low-cost houses priced between RM70,000 and RM90,000, low-medium cost houses priced between RM150,000 and RM180,000, and affordable homes sold for RM250,000 and below.

“We are still one of the councils with the lowest charges. The increase is necessary in view of the actual cost involved,” said the MPSJ president. The actual cost of towing is reportedly RM300.

"Thus on Nov 22, all parties are to adhere to the court order to, firstly, for One City to take possession of its land in USJ 25 where the temple sits on, and secondly, to allow the temple to be relocated to the USJ 23 land as agreed earlier by all parties," the director of One City Development said. .
