SINGAPORE (Sept 18): A plum site featuring the poshest type of housing here is up for sale with an indicative price of S$49 million (RM148.74 million) to S$51 million, The Straits Times reported. The good class bungalow site at 2 Queen Astrid Park, off Holland Road, is being put to tender by Colliers International. The 35,011 sq ft site, at the junction of Queen Astrid Park and Coronation Road West, is currently occupied by a single-storey detached house.
