KUALA LUMPUR: Dijaya Corp Bhd plans to launch its Grand Villas and Pool Villas residences at Tropicana Indah Resort Homes in the second quarter of this year, managing director Datuk Tong Kien Onn told theedgeproperty.com.

Grand Villas, spread over 3.46 acres of leasehold land, is being developed at a cost of RM57 million. The project comprises 12 units of 2- and 3-storey bungalows, with built-up areas ranging from 8,200 to 9,000 sq ft.

Tagged at RM5.5 million onwards and targeted at growing families, the units feature a large outdoor patio, infinity-edged lap pool, cabana, landscaped garden and large open-concept dry kitchen. Other notable features include glass lifts and bathrooms that are disabled-friendly.

Meanwhile, Pool Villas will consist of 54 units of 3-storey semi-detached homes with built-up areas ranging from 5,812 to 7,345 sq ft.

Developed at a cost of RM150 million, the entire development spans 8.7 acres, with each unit sporting a pool and lift. The units are priced at RM3.2 million onwards.

The Tropicana Indah Resort Homes enclave is a 625-acre mixed development project currently containing 497 bungalow lots and over 3,800 residential units comprising semi-detached homes, linked houses, townhouses, condominiums and apartments, a business park and smart schools.

Its more well-known facilities are its 27-hole championship golf course and a 32,500 sq m clubhouse.
