SYDNEY (May 25): Australia-based property developer Crown Group gave a sneak peek of the specially designed rooftop of its recently launched residential project, the nine-storey Crown Ashfield.
Launched over the weekend in Sydney, Indonesia and Singapore, Crown Group chief executive Iwan Sunito said in a press statement: “Crown Ashfield’s spacious rooftop pavilion allows residents and guests to experience the spectacular panoramic views while a dramatic open-air atrium and flowing water feature will create a sense of calm and tranquillity as residents enter the building’s foyer.”
A 325 sq m rooftop pavilion will feature facilities such as a landscaped garden, a gym, a barbeque area and an outdoor dining and retreat area.
Interest in the A$88 million (RM248.6 million) project’s 79 units of boutique apartments is strong.
The residential units come in one, one-plus-study, two and three-bedroom apartment layouts. The units are selling from A$700,000, with built-ups ranging from 50 to 92 sq m.
Crown Ashfield will be situated at 168 Liverpool Road, which is 9km from the Sydney central business district, 6km from The University of Sydney and 10km from the Sydney Airport. It is also 300m from the Ashfield mall and 750m from Ashfield train station. The development is slated for completion in mid-2016.
In addition to the residential component, there will be four retail spaces to be tenanted by F&B outlets.
