PETALING JAYA (Aug 26): Tropicana Corporation Bhd announced that 116 homeowners of Gemala Residences in Tropicana Aman received their handover of vacant possession seven months earlier than expected.

Gemala Residences is a premium lakeside development within the 863-acre self-contained township of Tropicana Aman at Kota Kemuning.

Gemala Residences is located on a 16-acre enclave featuring modern smart homes within a guarded township.

The 2-storey garden linked villas possess a land dimension ranging between 32ft x 75ft to 32ft x 87ft with built-up ranging between 2,648 sq ft to 2,860 sq ft, offering a modern and spacious layout as well as high ceilings and large windows overlooking a tranquil park or serene lake.
