KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 6): Bangsar Hill Park Development Sdn Bhd topped out the first phase of its Bangsar Hill Park residences last week. Named Verdura, the condominium has achieved a 99% take-up rate.

“Launched during the pandemic in 2020, Verdura has achieved an impressive 99% take-up rate. The high demand reflects the relevance of our unique development concept, practical layouts, design features, lifestyle facilities, attractive price points, and Bangsar’s strategic location,” said Sunsuria Bhd chief project officer Wong Chiew Meng in a press statement.

Situated along Lorong Maarof, the developer said the two 57-storey towers is currently the tallest condo in Bangsar. It is a collaboration between Sunsuria Bhd and Suez Capital Sdn Bhd.

With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM961 million, built-ups range from 917 sq ft to 1,478 sq ft.

“The topping-out ceremony is significant as it marks the completion of Bangsar Hill Park’s first phase, and a step closer to realising our vision of developing homes that embody innovation, community and sustainability.

“Like an oasis of calm and relaxation, Bangsar Hill Park represents a new era of high-rise living, offering a breath of fresh air to the mature neighbourhood of Bangsar,” said Wong.

With Tower D and Tower E having reached 88% and 77% completion respectively, the handover is expected by 2Q2025.

Designed with urban resort living in mind, the developer said Verdura has the largest facilities deck among high-rise residences in Bangsar. They include a spa pool, badminton court, jogging path and gourmet kitchen.

Located in the heart of Bangsar, Bangsar Hill Park is connected to major expressways and is near the Bank Rakyat-Bangsar LRT (light rail transit) station, said the statement.

Following the good response to Phase 1, Bangsar Hill Park launched its Phase 2 in January. Named Talisa, the RM1.1 billion-GDV project comprises Block B and C, with built-ups ranging from 917 sq ft to 1,478 sq ft. Block C is currently open for sale starting from RM914,000.

“Talisa will offer an exclusive lifestyle with only eight units per floor,” said Wong.

Based on a concept of wellness, Talisa features facilities such as a semi-indoor Olympic-length swimming pool, kids’ waterplay area, whirlpool, and floating platform.

“Other innovative features at Talisa include the Sunsuria Care Hub that provides onsite healthcare services, and a dedicated pet-friendly rooftop catering to residents with furry companions,” it highlighted, adding that Talisa is also GreenRE Silver-certified.
