KUALA LUMPUR (March 8): Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown is expected to open in 2025, according to KL Midtown Sdn Bhd director David Khor during the topping out ceremony of Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur here on Friday.

KL Midtown Sdn Bhd is a joint venture between Hap Seng Consolidated Bhd’s subsidiary Hap Seng Land Sdn Bhd and Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd’s subsidiary TTDI KL Metropolis Sdn Bhd.

“With construction commencing in December 2021, the topping-out celebration is a significant milestone as it marks over a two-year completion to the highest point of the building’s superstructure. Work is now underway for the interior fit-out for 306 hotel keys, 104 units of service suites, a lobby, a spacious grand ballroom, event venues and two specialty restaurants, which the internationally renowned Hyatt Regency will manage," said Khor.
