Mah Sing unveils M Terra sales gallery, launches Chinese New Year music video

SELANGOR (Jan 11): Mah Sing Group Bhd launched its M Terra sales gallery in Puchong yesterday.

M Terra primarily caters to first-time homebuyers, upgraders and young families. The development is designed to provide residents with “a contemporary, quality lifestyle and complete facilities for an optimised living experience”, stated Mah Sing in a media release.

Sitting on 3.7 acres of land, M Terra offers serviced apartments with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM368.8 million. It consists of three types of units – Type A and Type B have 2 bedrooms; Type C has 3+1 bedrooms. All three have built-ups ranging between 549 to 1,259 sq ft, with an indicative selling price from RM250,000.

M Terra features innovative and functional design aspects such as a double-volume lobby and express car ramps. The double-volume lobby creates “an impressive sense of space and grandeur as residents and visitors enter the building”.

The express car park ramp at M Terra provides a direct route to residents’ respective levels without the need for repetitive turns when navigating parking levels. The “park and live” concept allows residents from levels 1 to 7 to park directly on their floors and head to their homes.
