The ERA @ Duta North homebuyers take home hybrid car

KUALA LUMPUR (June 2): A father and his daughter who took part in the "Buy Home, Win Car" contest for The ERA Phase 2 drove away in a Nissan Serena S-Hybrid 2.0L Highway Star after being declared the grand prize winner.

Upon purchasing a unit of The ERA Phase 2, the homebuyers were allowed to take part in a contest where they have to complete a slogan of not more than 10 words that begins with the phrase “The ERA @ Duta North…”.

Lee Rou Ying and Lee Tsuen Fu were picked winners of the grand prize “after a robust and iterative process”, stated JKG Land Bhd in a media release. ERA @ Duta North is JKG Land’s flagship mixed commercial development in Klang Valley.

“We received a total of 288 participants for the contest and these participants bought homes within the contest period and have fulfilled the eligibility criteria to enter this contest. The selection of the winners was carried out by a panel of nine judges, supervised by an auditor to ensure transparency and fairness,” said Datuk Teh Kean Ming, managing director, JKG Land at the prize presentation event.

Five consolation prizes were also given away to homebuyers.

ERA @ Duta North spans over a 14.8-acres and located in Segambut, next to Mont'Kiara and just eight kilometers from KLCC.

“The ERA @ Duta North represents the dawn of a new chapter, where innovation, sustainability, and community come together to create a vibrant and thriving environment. This is not just a development project; it is a vision brought to life, aimed at reshaping the landscape of Segambut and setting new standards for excellence, such as creating a 1.26 acre wetland sanctuary in the heart of the city,” said Teh.

“It is designed to contribute to urban greening efforts, helping to combat the ‘concrete jungle’ and creating a more pleasant and sustainable urban environment,” he added.

Facilities at ERA @ Duta North include a 100-meter pool, special gourmet kitchen kitchens with dining areas, amphitheater, indoor and outdoor gyms, spas, and jacuzzi. It also contains a moat pavilion, tree houses, a squirrel den, flying fox and monkey swings, echo pods and a wifi garden, among other natural recreational areas.

The development boasts six residential towers, a three-storey retail development and over six acres of landscaped Forest Village and wetlands. Once completed, the residential towers will stand at 53 to 63 storeys high.
