Situated in the industrial area of Banting, Selangor, the factory is surrounded by a myriad of conveniences. 

According to Kenny Ng (REN 15494) (012-314 7662) of Wereg Properties Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the previous owner sold the factory to cash out for other business pursuits. The buyer was interested in the property for investment purposes. Ng said the factory can be rented out easily to generate high rental with a yield of 5%-6% per annum. 

As of the beginning of June, there were 100 for-sale listings for properties at Banting on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM13,800,000 or RM422.57 psf. Meanwhile, there were 96 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM180,125.8 or RM1.74 psf.
