Persiaran Wangsa Baiduri is a gated and guarded residential enclave located in Subang Jaya. It has numerous conveniences and facilities around the area. 

According to Davina Chai (REN 52935) (018-578 8977) of PropNex Realty Malaysia, who closed the deal, the previous owner was planning to move into a condominium, hence the desire to sell off his property. Meanwhile, the buyer was interested in the unit because of its strategic location, proximity to working places and the need to house his big family. 

Chai is of the opinion that the deal benefitted both parties. Wangsa Baiduri is located in a prime area that is easily accessible via major highways and roads. It is also near shopping malls, schools, hospitals, and other amenities. As of the end of May, there were 100 for-sale listings for properties at Wangsa Baiduri on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM972,593.9 or RM468.38 psf. Meanwhile, there were nine rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM2,155.56 or RM1.50 psf.
