Lim added that the tenant was also attracted to the unique architectural design of the building, top-notch amenities, and the community lifestyle.
Other than that, Lim felt the deal was a good because of the location in the financial district. Additionally, the amenities and convenient services offered can enhance work-life balance and productivity.
As of the beginning of April, there were three rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM146,205.3 or RM9.16 psf for office units at The Exchange 106.
