According to Winson Yong (REN 05976) (016-233 2982) of CID Realtors Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the previous owner wanted to sell the land as it was part of his retirement plan. The buyer was captivated from the very beginning as it was suitable for his business expansion given the land’s size and location. 

Yong deemed the deal a good one owing as not only was the location in a mature industrial area but the factories in the vicinity have easy access to the nearest highway. 

As of the end of March, there were 97 for sale listings for properties at Lion Industrial Park on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM12,200,000 or RM346.10 psf. Meanwhile, there were also eight rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM14,925.
