KUALA LUMPUR (March 28): MGB Bhd, a subsidiary of LBS Bina Group Bhd, on Tuesday (March 28) launched its latest high-rise residential development — Pangsapuri Saujana Indah located in Molek, Johor Bahru.

According to a press statement on Tuesday, Pangsapuri Saujana Indah will be spread across a 2.6-acre freehold tract comprising two 37-storey towers. Tower A will house 393 units while Tower B will have 595 units.

With a gross development value of RM437 million, the units with built-ups ranging from 590 to 863 sq ft have a selling price starting from RM352,000.

MGB executive vice chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San said: “Pangsapuri Saujana Indah is a project that stems from a company with a solid track record that has proven capabilities and financial strength. This provides us with an upper hand in delivering the project on time and within budget, all of which ultimately allows our homebuyers to feel confident and brings them peace of mind even prior to getting the keys to their future homes.”

Some facilities in Pangsapuri Saujana Indah are a swimming pool, kids playground, multipurpose hall, surau, BBQ station, fitness zone and gymnasium as well as an outdoor park, which includes a running track.

In terms of nearby amenities, the development is 20 minutes away from the Customs and Immigration Quarantine Complex and is in close proximity to the Daiman 18 Golf Club, as well as local eateries, convenience stores, schools and medical facilities. 

Pangsapuri Saujana Indah is accessible via major highways, such as the North-South Expressway, the new coastal highway to Iskandar Puteri, the Pasir Gudang Highway, the Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway (EDL), JB East Coast Highway and Senai-Desaru Highway.
