The lively event was hosted in a genuine atmosphere of Chinese New Year festivity, as the gallery was fully decked out in colours for the occasion, with plenty of bites and refreshment to add to the merriment.

“We often use these occasions to share our lifestyle philosophy with the public, weaving it into the activities we host in either big, small or interesting ways. Importantly, we also see it as a great platform to listen to new ideas and perspectives from customers, so that we genuinely serve our purpose of crafting a better standard of life for them,” Chan said.

A fully decked-out show unit was available for tour at the gallery for visitors to experience a first-hand look at how Bon Kiara innovatively employs open layouts and intelligent design to create aesthetic and comfortable living spaces that also serve multi-functional purposes. 

The show unit also expresses Bon Kiara’s distinctive Mediterranean architectural influence, which creates an atmosphere of laid-back ease and calmness. This is an underlying design theme that will define much of the project, from inner spaces to outdoor common and facilities areas, where the sensation will be enhanced by the cosy influence of well-manicured greenery.
