KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 12): All 137 units of double-storey super link homes of Mah Sing Group Bhd's M Panora (Phase 1A) in Rawang was 100% taken up during the project's weekend launch on Sept 10 and 11.

Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said in a press release: "We are pleased to see that our fourth project in Rawang has received a positive response from the market. This has once again proven that Mah Sing’s affordable M Series is the right strategy for us.

“As a market-driven developer, we are dedicated to creating high-quality products, in addition to providing affordable homes in strategic locations with ready amenities and good connectivity," he added.

The first phase of M Panora, made up of Phase 1A and Phase 1B, comprises a total of 247 units of double-storey super link homes, with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM188 million.

Situated north west of Kuala Lumpur, the entire M Panora is a 45.38-acre freehold strata landed residential development with an estimated GDV of RM302 million. The low-density development of nine units per acre, which is designed to offer zen living with scenic views, consists of 396 units of double-storey super link homes in total.

“[Units at] M Panora are available in two layouts with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and built-up areas ranging from 1,770 sq ft to 2,026 sq ft. The homes are furnished with a practical layout and flexibility for future renovation, which helps to maximise layout usage," said Mah Sing CEO of property subsidiaries Yeoh Chee Beng.

He added: “Our target homebuyers include newlyweds, upgraders such as families seeking a larger home, and multi-generational families. M Panora is a development aimed at potential buyers residing in Rawang, Sg Buloh, Kepong, Selayang, Petaling Jaya, Damansara and Kota Damansara”.

Following the encouraging response received from M Panora Phase 1A, the developer has now opened for sale the remaining 110 units of M Panora Phase 1B, with indicative prices starting at RM648,000.

According to the developer, each unit will have a 24ft-wide frontage, which gives it a bigger car porch space that can fit two cars. Apart from that, M Panora is designed with North-South orientation to reduce direct sunlight. The gated-and-guarded development will come with perimeter fencing, CCTV system, RFID system with card, as well as round-the-clock security guard patrol.

M Panora offers 15 acres or 31% of greenery in the entire development, including multiple themed gardens and landscaping with zen-inspired concepts such as a zen garden, swing pavilion, labyrinth/meditation garden, kids’ playground, picnic area, and bird song cage.

The development has direct access to major highways such as the North-South Expressway (NSE), LATAR and GUTHRIE, and is located 8.2km away from the Rawang KTM station.

In addition to the amenities in mature neighbourhoods in the vicinity, there are also nearby supermarkets and shopping malls including Aeon Rawang, Pasar Raya Borong NSK and Giant Hypermarket; international and public schools like SK Taman Desa, SJK(C) Kota Emerald and Straits International School; and healthcare centres such as KPJ Rawang and Selgate Hospital.
