KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 6): KKB Engineering Bhd has secured a letter of subcontract work to build a proposed glove factory in the Petchem Industrial Park, Tanjung Kidurong, Bintulu, Sarawak (Sarawak Medical Innovation and Technology Hub).

In a bourse filing on Tuesday (Sept 6), KKB said it had also received a purchase order for the C14 RQ cylinders and C14 compact valve from MyGaz Sdn Bhd.

The company said the combined total contract sum for the above-mentioned contracts is worth approximately RM17 million.

KKB said both the subcontract and the purchase order are scheduled to be completed by the second quarter of 2023, and are expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the duration of the supply period.
