With an estimated gross development value of RM800 million, MET 6 comprises a premium serviced apartment with a retail podium.

Under the joint development agreement, Ivory Interpoint Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Exsim) will be granted the rights to the 1.86-acre plot to develop MET 6, Naza TTDI announced in a statement following a signing ceremony between TTDI KL Metropolis Sdn Bhd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Naza TTDI) and Exsim today.

KL Metropolis is a 75.5-acre, mixed-development master plan development project with a GDV of RM20 billion.

The development combines residences, hotels, retail, entertainment attractions and offices with the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) serving as its nucleus.
