PETALING JAYA (Sept 25): Peridot Development Sdn Bhd will official launch its first semi-dees and bungalow homes by year-end or early next year pending the completion of the show units for the project, said its sales manager Kittipat Songcharoen.

Located in Banting, Klang, the homes make up the first phase in the NUSA Series @ Taman Manggis Jaya.

The phase features 28 units of 2-storey semi-dees and two units of 2-storey bungalow homes.

The semi-dees have built-ups of 2,800 sq ft and are priced at RM250 psf, while the two bungalow units have built-ups of 3,042 sq ft and 4,259 sq ft each and are priced at RM290 psf.

With an estimated GDV of RM25 million, the homers will come up on a 4.8-acre freehold site located about 10 minutes from the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Songcharoen told EdgeProp.my.

The SKVE connects to other major highways such as the North-South Expressway Central Link, Shah Alam Expressway and by 2019, the West Coast Expressway.

“It is a very low density residential enclave and each bedroom comes with en-suite bathrooms. We also provide wide concrete driveways in front of the units,” he said.

It is also close to amenities such as a Giant hypermarket, mosque, police station, town centre and petrol stations.

“Based on our experience with past projects, the response to launches held with the opening of  show units are usually good,” he said.

The group  also has plans for a 24-acre mixed development of landed residential and commercial properties called Trilliant at Kundang, Selangor which has a GDV of RM150 million, and strata linked bungalows called Kemensahill on a 6-acre site in Ampang, Selangor with a GDV of RM75 million.

It also has 30 acres of land in Semenyih with a projected GDV of RM250 million and 4.5 acres in Alam Impian with an estimated GDV of RM40 million.

“These landbanks will be launched at a  suitable time, thus there is still no exact date and product confirmed yet. However, we are considering more residential projects. We will have to launch the right product at the right time to ensure success,” he said.
