OSK Property’s Shah Alam mixed-use project scores high QLASSIC marks

PETALING JAYA (Aug 30): OSK Property Holdings Bhd’s Emira Residences & Urban Retail project in Shah Alam has achieved a QLASSIC score of 80.28%, said the developer in a statement today.

QLASSIC (Quality Assessment System for Building Construction Works) is a quality assessment system that benchmark the quality of workmanship of the construction project with the objective to enhance quality control in construction works.

CEO Ong Ghee Bin said the high scores demonstrate the success of the group's measures to increase its delivery standards by taking advantage of its strengths in construction and manufacturing building materials.

"With the recent QLASSIC score reaching 80.28%, we believe that the organisation is moving in a strategic direction that will consistently strive towards delivering better value to our customers,” he added.

Located in Section 13, Shah Alam, the 27-storey Emira Residences & Urban Retail is a leasehold mixed development comprises 400 residential units and 50 urban retail units.

The residential units’ built-up sizes range from 614 sq ft to 1,238 sq ft while the Urban retail units has built-ups between 1,200 sq ft and 2,000 sq ft.
