KUALA LUMPUR (May 24): Sentoria Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Sentoria Bina Sdn Bhd will take on a construction project involving 506 units of single-storey semi-detached houses in Pahang worth RM60.8 million.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said Sentoria Bina today accepted a letter of award from H.A Properties Sdn Bhd to design and build the properties in Kuantan.
The contract will start on July 1, 2017 and is due for completion on June 30, 2019, it said.
It said contributions from the contract will be reflected in the financial year ending Sept 30, 2018 (FY18) and FY19.
Sentoria's share price closed 1.2% higher at 85 sen, for a market capitalisation of RM413.98 million. — theedgemarkets.com
