Sime Darby Property rolls out festive season campaign for homebuyers

PETALING JAYA (May 9): Sime Darby Property is rolling out a new promotional campaign for the upcoming festive season, offering homebuyers the opportunity to own one of its recently launched properties in its townships located in the Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan.

The campaign kicks off today and will run until July 31. Customers who purchase selected properties are entitled to receive a RM10,000 rebate on the initial 10% down payment, and a family dinner for 10 at TPC Kuala Lumpur.

Participating townships include City of Elmina, Ara Damansara, KL East, Taman Melawati, Bandar Bukit Raja, Bandar Ainsdale and Nilai Impian. Only selected properties in these townships are eligible for this campaign.
