The luxury niche market has always been the epitome of the property market. The Estate in Bangsar South is set to enhance this further by offering 328 condominium units housed in two 46-storey towers.
This is BON Estates’s maiden project in Klang Valley. The 3.68-acre project has a gross development value of RM650 million and is expected to complete by 2020. Targeting the ever-growing younger market, The Estate show-stopping development features contrasting natural materials such as marble and wood on the floor and walls, water features, high ceilings and tall windows to maximise the five senses; sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch.
Dubbed as the “100-year home”, the development will be built using energy-efficient and long-lasting building materials. The residential units’ sizes range between 2,346 sq. ft. and 5,258 sq. ft. and only four units are allocated per floor. These units will be either facing University Malaya and Kuala Lumpur city skyline or towards Bukit Gasing forest reserve. The units come with options of 4+1 or 5+1-bedrooms as well as a limited number of duplexes and penthouses. 40% of these units are dual key.
In collaboration with the Building Sector Energy Efficiency Project, a national project set up by the United Nations Development Programme and the Public Works Department of Malaysia, the energy-efficient design is designed to consume less electricity in the long run with the instalment of low shading coefficient single-glazed windows, shading devices, LED lighting and inverter air conditioning.
All units also come with marble floor finishes for the living area, homogeneous tiles for the balcony, wet kitchen and bathrooms, engineered wood flooring for the bedrooms, and carefully selected bathroom fixtures which include designer sanitary ware, quality brass taps and stone composite bathtubs.
To boost, The Estate houses five swimming pools which are two sky pools for each tower, a lap pool, a family pool and kid’s pool, multipurpose hall, sky dining and café, meditation room as well as cabanas with jacuzzi.

Adding a breath of fresh air to the luxury property market, and with abundant amenities and MNC offices in the area, The Estate caters to the higher spectrum of the market especially the expatriate community and those looking to upgrade.
