Verdict


This is probably the best property deal on beginning of year 2021. Reputable developer, the “Right” price point ( within the Middle Incomer Range) and “Location” surrounded by Greenery and Amenities. And able to rent directly to INTI/USM students is a huge point added. Although it’s a leasehold land of >90 years, the selling point far surpasses the drawback. What more, leasehold land is often renewable back to 99 years with the state, and you only need to pay fraction of the fee as the renewal cost is split among all 410 units of owner.
