The condominium is located off the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), which make traveling to and from Kuala Lumpur city centre, Ampang and Gombak a breeze. Besides that, the project is a stone’s throw away from public transportation, being a mere 1km away from Rapid KL bus station and 1.5km away from Taman Melati LRT Station. The vantage position also allows residents to enjoy the Kuala Lumpur skyline. **##Analysis ##** PV2 is a short walking distance from PV5, PV6 and PV8, which are the main contributors to the area’s vibrancy. Being the 11th project puts PV2 as the direct benefit of the established area, which used to be languid due to low population and lack of accessibility. Just like the other PV series projects by the developer in Setapak, PV2 enjoyed a good take-up and stable tenant resources from the nearby TARUC, which is located a mere 2km away from the site. However, there are only two access roads serving about 3,000 units in the vicinity. Therefore traffic and roadside parking may pose a challenge.
