Located in the prestigious neighbourhood of Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Triven Global Berhad unveiled their first phase of their 6.4-acre project, Lumi Tropicana in October 2016. Lumi Tropicana is a well-planned development, housing 744 stylish serviced residences in four residential towers, 62 SoHo units sized between 753 sq. ft. and 764 sq. ft. at an indicative starting price of RM730 per sq. ft. and a retail podium.
Phase one comprises of two of its serviced residential towers and SoHo suites. The two residential towers are dubbed as Play and Action. Each residential tower will house 186 residential units sized between 862 sq. ft. and 2,218 sq. ft. priced from RM900 per sq. ft. These units are with the inclusion of fitting such as kitchen cabinets, storage cabinets and wardrobes. Over 80% of the 372 units have been snapped up.
The SoHo suites which are designed for a seamless transition from work to leisure for its future residents. The ground floor will act as a work area while the upper floor is designed for a stylish leisure area.
The second phase will comprise of the remaining two residential towers dubbed as Wellness, and Business and Lifestyle, which were launched in July 2017 and set to be launched in 2Q2018 respectively. The Wellness Tower built up range from 862 sq. ft. to 1,509 sq. ft. and priced from RM1,000 per sq. ft.
Due to an overwhelming response on the third residential tower, Wellness Tower, an exclusive “VIP Passes” are sold to potential buyers which give them priority in selecting their desired unit(s). These “VIP Passes” are only offered to 150 potential buyers.
The residents will be able to enjoy an assorted range of facilities provided by the development including wall climbing, a futsal court, a tennis court, a mini golf putting green, a 3-acre private park and a 180m swimming pool, the longest swimming pool in Malaysia. Apart from these full facilities provided, Thriven Global is set to implement a hospitality and rental management system which includes housekeeping and short-term rental management similar to Airbnb and is expected to yield net rental returns of 7% per annum.
The first two residential tower, Play and Action is slated for completion in 2019.
**##Our Verdict##**
Located in the prime area of Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, it is not hard to see its appeal to potential buyers. Thriven Global has also implemented some well-placed marketing strategies to entice buyers. From its sharp eye-catching design and “VIP Passes” to its well-planned facilities and its hospitality solutions, potential buyers are bound to be charmed.
