About This Project

Bandar Sungai Long is a township in Kajang which has much development going on within it. Known to be a town that is highly populated by students, many people obtain properties in this township of the purpose of renting them out to students. With the new Tunku Abdul Rahman University (UTAR) campus in Bandar Sungai Long scheduled to be completed in 2015, the student rental business is expected to have a further boost. Although popular as a student town, Bandar Sungai Long is also rich in beauty and serenity as touted by the Sungai Long Golf and Country Club which was designed by the world-renowned Jack Nicklaus golf company. Surrounded by nature, many luxuriously built homes were also constructed around the golf course, boasting to be a “golf course township”. Residents have also mentioned that the architectural design of units in Bandar Sungai Long are influenced by the colonial times and that the environment is rather green and cooling. While many city-dwellers have the misconception that Bandar Sungai Long is located on the very outbacks of the city, this township is in actual fact only less than half an hour away from many of the country’s best shopping malls.
