About This Project
Overview
Bandar Botanic is a township in South Klang, Selangor developed by Gamuda Land as its first green master-planned township in Malaysia. The township is located next to Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2 and Glenmarie Cove.
Spanning across 1,242 acres of freehold land, Bandar Botanic was launched in July 2001 and is now fully completed with a total of 8,593 residential units, all handed over to the buyers. House types include link houses, super link houses, semi-detached houses and bungalows.
The township is cut across by Jalan Langat. It is also easily accessible via Pulau Indah Highway, Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS). It is located about 10km from Port Klang and about 30km from Subang Jaya.
For public transportation, Bandar Botanic is mainly served by bus routes. The closest KTM station from the township is Jalan Kastam station which is around 10km away.
Amenities and Facilities
Over 180 acres of the township are dedicated to greens, parks and lakes. Botanic West comes with a 70-acre botanical parkland with a 2-km lake, while Botanic East also offers a unique waterfront parkland.
Within the township, there are also commercial components such as Botanic Walk Lakefront Commercial Centre which comprises Botanic Walk East and West.
Other commercial developments include Botanic Capital, Botanic Avenue and Botanic Business Gateway which come with two-, three-, and four-storey shop offices that house boutique shops, retail shop offices, automotive showroom and corporate offices, to name a few.
Outside its boundaries but within close reach, there are many shopping, dining and entertainment places such as Aeon Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre, Tesco Extra BBT Klang, Giant and GM Klang Wholesale City.
Other amenities include schools, kindergartens, recreational parks, banks, post offices, police stations, petrol stations and places of religious worship.
