There is no lack of educational institutions from kindergarten level to university. An added attraction is the nearby 48-acre Urban Park for healthy activities.

Despite some glitches encountered with the developer in the beginning, it has turned out to be a well-maintained residential enclave under the efficient management team, boasting its own residents’ online portal.
The demographics consist of almost an equal proportion of Chinese and Malay, a small percentage of Indian and about 2% of foreigners.
It is a close-knit community of families. Such a setting is very suitable for growing families, especially for those who prefer a quieter neighbourhood away from the din and drone of a bustling hub.
With sub-sale prices hovering between RM300 psf to RM435 psf (2015-2016), they are rather attractive options as family homes. However, if you are looking towards investing for recurring rental, this may not be the best option.
