Terms and Conditions

  1. You must be a Malaysian aged 18 and above to qualify as a START member.
  2. All new sign-ups from 1 July to 31 August 2024 are qualified for one (1) Lucky Draw entry.
  3. Winners will be notified by email and via a phone call.
  4. In the event that the winner is not reachable with 3 attempts, the winner will be disqualified from winning the prize and the Organiser will conduct another draw for a new winner.
  5. Employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
  6. The Organiser’s decision on the winner's selection is final and no correspondence, appeals, enquiries will be entertained.
  7. The Organiser will fulfill the winners’ prize within 30 days after the Winner has submitted their proof of purchase (signed SPA) that is dated between 1 September to 31 December 2024.
  8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable in any other forms. The Organiser may in its sole discretion to exchange or substitute the Prizes to another of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice.
