A humble introduction about me:

Before joining real estate industry, I was attached to an International company as a Personal Assistant to a Director nearly 8 years.   I took a big step forward to join Real Estate Industry 6 years ago.   Property Hub is my first Real Estate Agency work until today.

I am pleased to share with you about my different experiences in my real estate career journey.

My very first step started from cold callings  KLCC offices and hoping to work on office and expatriates rental enquiries.   Therefore, I went to office buildings to knock their doors to introduce myself and offer my services to the companies if they wish to relocate their office, or perhaps any expatriates in their company wish to find their home here. Moving forward,  I also venture into KLCC and City Centre residential development where helping my client to sell / rent their properties.

Throughout my journey, I gain some good experiences like:

# To assist Corporate in sourcing right office space with negotiating fair and
right terms during the tenancy
# To assist company employees and expatriates to find their
accommodation and assist them in setting up their accommodation
smoothly.
#  To help clients to find  the right tenant
#  To help overseas client to manage their tenancy
#  To help clients to sell their properties
#  To assist foreign investors to acquire their property for investment
purpose  To assist MM2H / Second Home foreign purchaser to acquire
their first property for their own stay in Malaysia.

I am passionate and committed to serve my client in regards of real estate matters.  Therefore, I obliged to keep equipping and updating myself with current market information in order to advise my clients with accurate information. This is very important to help my clients to make the right assessment before making any decisions.     I am truly appreciate and blessed to know many good clients and friends giving me opportunities to serve their real estate matters.
