I have worked principally in the secondary market for corporations and individuals alike. On the Primary Market I have worked for selected tier 1 developers like Hunza Berhad,  E & O Berhad & Triven Global Bhd.

In addition, I have had the privilege of working for a Private Equity firm managing their commercial portfolio. This work involved increasing yields and assisting to devise exit strategies.

Similar work has been done with residential properties for private individuals where consultation was provided with a view to increasing yields or tenant retention.

My general geographical field of expertise revolves around the areas of Damansara Heights, Kenny Hills, Bangsar and Mont Kiara. However, I have successfully concluded specific projects in Johor, Penang, and Seremban.

I have a degree in Law from London and am a fully licenced Real Estate Agent, by the Board of Valuers, Malaysia
