SHAH ALAM (May 3): S P Setia Bhd will be introducing Nadi 2 at Setia Commerce Square, which is situated at the central business district of the Setia EcoHill 2 township in Semenyih tomorrow.

Nadi 2, which is the second phase of the Nadi commercial development, comprises 212 shop offices, 12 semi-detached shops, multiple sizes of enterprise lands and petrol station lands.

“Riding on the success and momentum of our previous launch Nadi in 2Q2023, which consisted of 86 units of shops with a GDV of RM180 million and is fully sold; we will be launching its sequential Nadi 2 on May 2024,” said S P Setia Bhd divisional general manager Koh Sooi Meng in a media release on the event.

Nadi 2 will offer conventional double-storey terrace shops, with 36 intermediate units comprising built-ups of 3,585 sq ft (with land sizes of 26ft x75ft) and with a tentative price of RM1.49 million onwards.

It will also have eight units of three-storey corner shops with built-ups of 8,202 sq ft (with land sizes of 42ft x75ft), and with a tentative price of RM3.28 million onwards. In addition there will be six limited edition semi-detached shops tailored for diverse business needs with built-ups of 5,422 sq ft (and land sizes of 70ft x 175ft), and an estimated price of RM3.58 million onwards.

Situated at the heart of the 1,010-acre Setia EcoHill 2 township and surrounded by mature townships such as Eco Majestic, Beranang, Pelangi Semenyih 2, Mahkota Hill, Kesuma Lakes and with more than 100,000 ready catchments from its surrounding townships, Nadi 2 will form part of the Setia Commerce Square commercial precinct.

Nadi 2 is easily accessible via LEKAS Highway and Jalan Semenyih.
